:hmmm: It,s been a couple of years since I took my Mav appart and I remember having a #*&# of a time taking the window mechanism out of the window channel. Now it's time for reassembly and once again I'm having difficulties. Does anyone have info on the PROPER way to get the rollers into the channels without destroying the windows or rollers or channel. I left the mechanism in the door unbolted ( I couldn't get it out ) and have all new seals in place . The plastic rivets seem to be preventing the rollers from going into the channel. HELP!

I had the same issue. The glass to channel retainers interfere with the rollers sliding into the channel. Mine did go in with some grease and gentle persuasion. Its tight though.

I see by the link the mechanism needs to be bolted in. I,ll try that with some grease. I'm just glad others have had this problem too.
