This looks like it might work, but the imprezza has 4-wheel disc brakes. Mine is disc/drum. Anyone got an idea if this will work? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...0498806691&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Any thing will work with enough modifications and fabrications, sometimes it's trial and error! thats what makes it FUNif you go for it and it works let us know. i'm working on a Geo metro booster and 96 explorer rear disc install my self and it fits great, now how it will stop is still up in the air, gotta finish alot of other things along the way
Got any pics of the metro booster install? Or tips? I might try and find one in the upull this weekend.
Although I will be running a manual disc front and drum rear I will be using a Ranger setup.............mainly because the Ranger unit is smaller. You may want to look at a Ranger setup as it will bolt to the existing bolt patern and of course it is a Ford product................IMHO

Thanks mav75 i would like it , if u dont need it no moré i buy it,, im looking something cheaper, but thanks. Hydrobooster i think is too much deal. Good luck on your project bro.
no pics avalible at this moment maybe get some on here this weekend it looks like it was made for it but it didn't come without some mods. bolt up is close but needs some adjusting i'm not sure on an original manual brakes car but i had to remove my complete brake pedal assy. and remove a spacer assy that is about 7/8 inch thick and cut/add/and weld to make pedal bracket butt up against the firewall due to the studs on metro booster are short. then had to add new attachmet to hook pedal to booster. i also am using mastercylinder for 96 explorer it will bolt to booster but a spacer rod has to be made for it to work!
Mine had stock power disc brakes(they were available on 75-77 models). Everything fits fine and works well. But i want to swap to a manual transmission and it wont work with the power setup. If i decide to sell it ill let you know.
