dose any body know if a351w go's right in

    351 is just an awesome engine to have, I think it's great that you fit it in there without modifying the shocktower. But doesn't seem too much of a complicated thing to shave down the towers.

    Well I bought the carbon fiber grabber hood from maverickman wanted the cowl but he doesn't ship it. Im using a victor jr on the 408

    Just looking at this from a different angle, are you set on the 351W because you already own it ? With all of the stroker cranks available, and a vast selection of 8.2 deck intakes available, why not build a large C.I 302 and bolt that in ?

    so the 351w will fit under a regular grabber hood? with after market intake? sorry for the simplicity of my question im just trying to figure out what all is going to needed changed for the 351w swap

    one reason i dont want to build a big horse 302 is they have a habit of cracking in half when you start getting in the 400-500 HP range.even with the stud gertale and crank braces & all other braces they still bust .never herd of a 351w doing that.you can stroke out a 351w to 427 noproblem & have a tork monster.i just cant throw money in the wind .just my opinion:idea:

    If your referring to the stock blocks, you have a point. The aftermarket stuff is much stronger.
