nice 4 door That's a nice 4-door. It looks just like the one my grandfather drove years ago. Wish I had THAT one, too. And I still say yours look better than mine. LOL Jean
thanks for the inspiration Thanks. This is a learning project for me, as well, so I'm sure there will be many times I'll need advice, information, and inspiration. And I'm taking tons of pictures as I go. jean
"and an honest-to-God glass dr. pepper bottle from years ago" Funny, I just found a glass Pepsi bottle in a old Cougar on Sunday!
Mine does look worse on the outside and it was not in a feild. I tried to wash mine and it is worse now when I touch the car my hands turn blue. Good Luck and keep at it.
my72mav,i'd say that your starting out with a pretty good foundation when i started on mine,it was just a shell.no doors,fenders,interior,engine,tranny...nothing..now almost 2 years later she'll be going to columbus in two weeks on her maiden voyage !good luck on your restoration...chuck.

John, You'd be surprised on how much power those little 250's make Actually I use the two door to tow the 5th wheel, with the short over hang of the trunk lid, the two door will turn tighter Now if I can just figure out why the rear tires rub the fenders
