Dude, it's up to you. But like I always say, whatever you choose keep your interior's color in mind so it'll look right.

Look through the gallery on this site and figure out what YOU like. You want to please yourSELF...not everybody else. Just pick a color that goes well with your interior.

paint chips are awesome tools....but always keep interior color in mind so that the colors dont "clash"

Right now I have my interior set at creme vinyl seats and blue every thing else exept for the steering wheel which is mahogany. Right now the car is white with blue on the roof and my dad accidentally threw away all of the trim from my car exept for the windshield trim, the trim above the windows(front and rear pop-out) and the lower trim on the rear pop-out windows. I have some colors in mind but I don't want the whole car to be one color, my maverick already turns heads but I want people to stare.

Ah yes the infamous color question. The Blue int. limits your choices a bit but thats a good thing. Less to pick from.

Like everyone else stated ... it is your car, make yourself happy. I would stick with a blue because of the interior. Perhaps dye the seats, too.

I have been partial to blues, like a light silver-blue ... had three cars in that color, but no pics posted here. Look up 1998 Ford Explorer Denim Blue for a look at that.

I also like very dark blues. For these, the body prep has to be on par with if you were shooting the car black. This color looks great but will point out flaws. It also looks dirty quick, like black. Keeps you motivated to keep it clean.

    Torinoopt.jpg

This was a Torino I had around 1980. It started out medium blue with a dark blue top. What you see here is with the top dyed black and Midnight Blue paint, which this shade was an AMC color.

Here is another example of a really nice dark blue ...

The interior matching the paint isn't really a big deal to me. My carpet has torn pretty badly and i will need the replace it soon so I can change the color on the carpet and the headliner as it will soon be replaced as well. And I can always change the color of my dash and interior panels.

I have decided on some sort of not so dark blue and satin black but I can't decide the layout. I am open to any suggestions
