Well I know of a junkyard that has a Pinto and Mustang. Had a maverick at one time but it was crushed.

Here's the article done by Legendary Ford Magazine for those who may not have seen it yet. These pics were taken at the Silver Springs Show in Florida a couple years ago. Of course the Maverick is Mavaholics and the Pinto and Mustang belong to Coutangman Jim. Of course Jim does have a Sprint Maverick also...just wasn't ready at this time.

there's good enough reason for that. pintos catch on fire when hit from behind. i wouldn't want to drive one just cause of that. otherwise they aint half bad for a tiny hatchback

Ah come on. They fixed that with a recall. Pinto's are a blast to drive.

really? well hell, i should get myself a pinto someday. it would go good side by side with the maverick. maybe make them into twins(as close as possible). that would look purdy

There is 2-3 pintos near my house, in fact on my way home from work I usually drive with 1 of the pintos. Great shape, clean, non rusted, and driven by a old lady. We smile and nod at each other every time we see one another.

Other is owned by a teen age kid -- probably 18-19 and he plans on putting a 302 in it this summer. I may see him at the drags this year, but who knows.

Third, don't know, just saw once driving.
