Someone backed into mine and my sons 75 maverick. They broke the rear right quarter extension. We haven't had this solid car for two weeks and this happened. SO WE NEED ONE SOON AS WE HAD PLANS TO PUT IN PAINT SHOP IN A FEW WEEKS!! We are new to mavericks so don't know where to find this part. We were at a family birthday party in August '74 when my red Grabber was just a month old. I parked in the driveway blocking the sidewalk. My dad told me to move the car into the street that is was illegal to block the sidewalk. So I did and later as people were leaving, my car was hit and the left side quarter ext. was broken! I was very angry with my dad for a while. I took the car to the dealership and they fix it good a new. The guy that hit it sent me a check. I forgave my dad. I think that today that part should be easy to find. They are most likely to be found in a pile of big bumper parts.
where were you parked? im almost done with my maverick and im going to be one individual. i keep having dreams about my first ride out and totaling it.
