Heard you guys run the best forum for the raddest couple of cars ever made, although personally I'm biased towards Comets those tail lights on Mavericks look hideous. I recently picked up my 74 comet for a solid 800 bones and have been slowly bringing it back to life. Recent fixes include a new carb that won't stop spitting up flames (working on that) and re-wiring the ignition to some toggles thanks to the short that kept killing my batter. That and the ignition cylander decided to up and quit on me so the key just turns circles. Aside from that it's got a gas saving 200 I6 that runs like a dream and 53k original miles on it.
