Maverick owner again, 34 years later

Thats cool that you found your old car. And I'm sure the guy that just bought it before you could from the craigslist ad made a quick little profit. I would have sold it for the price i paid if I was him and heard the story.

I'm afraid if I sold my car I'd never find it again. Thats why its not going anywhere. Was my first car and goinf on 17 years now.

Now lets see some pics of that low mileage cleveland powered beast.

 

Does it still have the Cleveland in it? Would like to see photos of the engine install

 

Thanks for the warm welcome. I was really happy to get the car back. I pick it up later this week, and it will be great to have it back in the garage.

It still has the same engine it had when I sold it. I took photos with my phone, but they are not real good. I will get better ones when it is home and post them.

 

We are an impatient bunch and are used to crappy cell phone pics. Lets see them. You can get better ones later. And since when were 2mp pics considered bad? Remember when that was good for a digital camera?

 

Welcome Mike , great story..I'm still searching for my sweetheart i sold post grad. I will not likely find her though. But it's nice to hear when someone does.
