well,,i was suppose to be working,,but i saw a large amount of wrecked vehicles in a distance off the highway so i pulled in ,,being careful of my suit and tie,,asked a really nice guy working in the yard if he had any comets / mavericks,,he said he had one that was covering an old well and thats reason it was never crushed ,,so he drove me to it,,
there it was a 1972 2 dr comet ,, nice small bumpers ,valances and all brackets there,,looked under the hood ,,302 with nothing touched,,shroud there, cables,,ugly brown yellow,,min rust,,damn ugly brown yellow though
he wants 300 dollars for the bumpers, both valances plus includes all brackets and end caps,,the front needs a bit of work,,its a bent but rears in great shape,,

want to just to pass it on to my canadian friends ,,im thinking about grabbing all the stuff and storing it for my myself ,,but im done mine and i know there are ppl who are dying for this stuff,,

its at adams auto wrecking in saskatoon,,
Im always on the road and im going to take pics tomorrow if anyone wants any ,,

That's neat. Never been in a snow covered salvage yard.

    hey

its an experience ,,nothing like minus 30 with windchill about minus 40,,but we r used to it,,and its getting harder to find cars up here without been eating up by years of salt ,,

so when u find one u advertise,,like vultures picking at a carcass,,

p.s can get you a great deal on block heater and battery blanket :)
