I just purchased a 1971 and would like to convert at least the front brakes from drum to rotors. Any advice would be greatly apreciated.

What is the proper transmission fluid for a 1971 maverick with a 200 cid motor and a standard shift transmission? Which manual should I purchase for this car? Is their a simple conversion from points to electronic ignition?

Thanks I am new to this whole thing but am eager to get started.
