302 roller short block. was trying to remove intake after breaking loose intake bolts slightly then applying PB blaster waiting 8 hrs and apply more but it was not enough:( the bolt broke on the timing cover side of the drivers side head (next to the distributor). bolt goes through intake then through corner of head i tried EZ out it broke tried drilling it and began to damage head. bolt sits quite low in head about 1/4" below surface.my drill bits wont eat through it someone replaced the intake bolts with high grade steel at some point.

(maybe i could weld another bolt onto it?already hit it with a torch still stuck.)

    any suggestions?

pb blaster before not during drilling.il go out there tomorrow and it will probably be saturated enough to hit it with a bit of propane again.

Sorry,a propane torch is useless for that application. You need a oxy-acetylene setup, with a fine tip so you can get the flame down into the head and heat the broken bolt. If you can't get the torch set ,you can get a left hand drill bit from "Mac" or "Snap on" that is very hard and will drill out even a broken easy-out! I cut a small guide out of a piece of copper tubing that will go in the hole and keep your drill bit centered. The "PB blaster" is great stuff, and with these other 2 items and perseverance, you'll get your broken bolt out,and not screw up your threads!:)
