rear shackles.

    i just picked up a new set of rear springs,but i'm having troble locating new shackles.everyone seems to out of stock.anyone run into this?

    Got mine through Rock auto, before that I got them through NAPA. They're surprisingly pricey.

    Mustang ones will work, the difference between the two, are the bushing size, and the bolt size. If you have a way, you can turn the Mustang bushings down. It's a bit of work.., but if that's all you can find. They are also the same a Cougar, maybe call a Cougar supplier?

    i ended upwith a set from jc whitney.installed them on sat with my new springs.thanks for the input guys.tim

    will these rear leaf springs fit

    i was woundering if a set of rear leaf spring out of a 68 torino or fairlane fit a 74 maverick .thanks bob
