The back two grooves are for belts to the crank, alternator, a/c and fan. The fro t groove is for the belt from crank to power steering only.

CaliMaverick72 has it right. I will add ,that if you can,get what's called a "matched set" for the two belts that drive the alternator-compressor-water pump. "matched set" means they are cut from the same lot when the belts are made. You can buy the same belts singley, and they may not be the same identical size! I had this on my car and eventually they will wear in to each other, but they'll make noise until they do and some of the life of the belts is lost to them scuffing until they reach the same size.:)

I removed my a/c and needed new belts. I bought two but they were different brands. I put them both on and one belt was too tight, the other too loose. Went back and got a matching brand, fixed the problem.
