    ok this is on the fire wall where the throttle cable comes threw what is this box ,relay for ? :hmmm: thanks bob hjvhj_original.jpg

    can you tell where the wires go? If its to the coil, it could be the ballist resistor.

    ford had a ballist resistor in a metal box ? the reson i wanted to know is the guy i bought my mav from had it going the the spark box but its not right it has all red wires on it

    ok then not needed :thumbs2: but dose the coil wire come off one of those two plugs that are hanging by it .the coil wirie is red/lt green stripe & there is one wire that color in the big plug of the two .the reason i ask is the guy i got the car from cut wires & ran his own coil wire "a#*H@*^" thanks bob
