Bellhousing, try to find a " E6ZR-6394-AA" they are on Ebay and around, those are the factory stock T5 bellhousing.
As for a T5, make sure it's out of a V8, and a Ford. Loads on info on the net, on how to look for what in a T5.

Apparently there's two different T5 bells out there, one for the 83-93 Stangs and a deeper one for the 94-95's. Make sure it matches the transmission.

You want a world class T5, end of story dont bother getting a non world class T5 because The lower counter gears spin on straight cylindrical bearings with a thrust washer in front to provide support when under load. While this is not bad for a low horsepower motor its just not as strong as a WC T5. The WC(world class) had needle bearings installed under each gear to reduce drag. The lower counter gears saw tapered bearings to replace the bronze thrust washer, and the syncros were fiber lined steel rings instead of the brass syncros used in the NWC transmissions.

The Ford WC T5 were made and installed in the mustangs after 1985(chebby still used the NWC in allot of their cars till the 90's). The earlier WC T5's(85-90) had a lower 3.35 first gear set to better match the 3.07:1 gear ratios that were common in the rear axles of the 83-90 stangs so if you have high gears in the rear end of your car this might be a better option for you. If you have something like 3.83 or 4.11:1 The best years are 91-93 because they changed the gear ratio in the transmission to match lower gears in the rear end, also they used stronger material in the gears in those cars to match the higher performance motors, they achieved this by increasing the nickel content to produce a harder, stronger gear.

Make sure you dont get a T5 for a SN95 mustang 94-95 because they used a longer input shaft and you have to have one of the deeper bellhousing to match. They did this so that the shifter would come up in the proper place on the SN95 cars because there is a longer distance to that point then in the fox body cars.

Oh and as a note if you are looking into about the $1000+ price range for a rebuilt tranny on ebay or something like that, you might want to just think about getting a new one that has all of the better components already built into it from Summit or Jegs they are only $1300 new(yes all of the new T5 transmissions are made by Tremec now, they bought out all the patents and tooling from Borg Warner)
