Hello there Yellow 75, this is Star Gazer. I have a post over in new member forum, Another, what she's worth, post and some pictures loaded on the Gallery. Anyhow, we're practically neighbors, and my daughter is back in Mook with Mom after school. That said, per my other post, the Comet 'runs' well, but not so happy idling. I was thinking you may know of someone 'local' that can sort a carburator. There is only one screw (idle something or another, not idle rpm) I recall controlled mixture AT idle. But, that knowledge is 30 years old. Got any ideas? I picked up your post after driving down Scholls Ferry Rd and seeing two 60's Fords driving home to Sherwood. Hoping to crash the Sherwood Cruize In this weekend, maybe we can talk. Star Gazer.
