New to the forum and I just bought a 1973 Grabber in much need of work. The goal is to make a semi drag/ Saturday night cruise in car. I will need some advice on what works and what does not with bringing the car back to life.

Mav1970, looks like you are well into the project that I am trying to do. I want to put in a 351 Cleveland under the hood. Very nice!!!

Thank you rotordoc11 - the Cleveland fit fine, back in the day, with the stock suspension except for the headers and expected tower clearence problems.

With the Mustang II front suspension installed, there were a few different challenges to contend with - the engine/trans has to sit a little higher than I would have wanted and an inch or so further forward and that was after I dropped the steering rack down some.

If you are on Facebook my address is http://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/profile.php?id=100000076430811 and there are a lot more photos.

    Nothing is easy
