Im going back to a massive junkyard I stumbled upon. Must be 30 pintos there, wagons, regular and even a sprint. Its very reasonable prices and just wondering if there's stuff I should really get. Most of them are untouched! They also had maybe like 10 mavericks/comets. Few grabbers too. Pretty cool place. Just don't know much about pinto parts so is there stuff I really oughta get that somebody would need!? As long as its fairly simple to takeoff I don't want to pass up this yard. Im on vacation in MT btw

and of course the MII front ends...

You should try and score a complete dash and gauge cluster and see how it fits up. I recall the sport wagon ones were pretty neat....:yup:

Didnt some of the years of the pintos use the same inner door handles as the later mavericks.. the ones that usually break.

Alright sounds like there's not much to grab off the pintos. The mavericks have good fenders and doors etc cause I didn't want to cram our motorhome too much so I just grabbed Spoilers and mirrors. They're bench seat cars.. anybody need black interior plastics?? If you do ill get them otherwise they're gonna sit. I think all the grabbers had black interior. And they were pretty nice!
Ill get location when I drive by again. I really don't have a clue what city haha

Oh I am so jealous, I only made it to Idaho when I did my junk yard excursion :) If you come across a set of really nice front kick panels in black pick them up for me please, would also like a nice Grabber grill with sport lights.

wish I had seen this to tell him to grab the sport mirrors off the pintos. The angle is a little different but they will work and I believe that some of them had the passenger side remote

Comet Tail lights are worth something especially the early ones with the small backup lights.
Also your local short track with a mini-stock division love those 2000 & 2300 engines from Pintos Rangers & Mustangs I know, I used to race them. They also love the pinto transmission. They are perfect for that class. You could make some $$. All the Pintos down here have been stripped of those for that purpose.
