    Love the old school Cragar wheels! Are those grabber scoops functional?

    thanx that was one of the first things i did to my car when i bought it was to put cragars on it.no the scoops are just for show.from what i remember reading on the board,sometimes you might forget things that have been posted before but ford never made them functional. a few people have modified theirs to work though

    those look really sweet down there as well.yeah thats the same color my interior was.thanx for the pics.nice car dude.where is round lake beach?i'm about 20 mins due south of chicago.nice that these cars look good w/o the hood scoops but have the rear spoiler.had you thought about the grabber hood when you were restoring you car?

    when i just restored the car last winter i almost got talked into mufflers or at least cherry bombs(wife)then when i took the bumpers to be rechromed i made sure that i accidently gave the guy the side pipes.then i left it up to "everyone makes mistakes"and here i sit still makin a BUNCH of racket comin down the street.thanx for the compliment

    Thanks, I'm up be Six Flags about 7 miles from the Wi/IL boarder. Been thinking about the carbon fiber grabber hood. might have to wait since i'm trying to update everything else.

    that would fit right in with the all the black highlights you have on there now.i put a carbonfiber hood with a scoop on my tacoma.really gets alot of looks.i'd post a pic but i'm afraid i might get kicked off the board
