    Hi:

    I bought.
Edelbrock 1406 (600cfm) Carb and Edelbrock 2121 intake.

After read a lot on this forum and others like this:
    http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=623257

(If you have questions about your PCV Valve read it.)

I was thinking about eliminate my PCV Valve but after read all the information I'm gonna run a pcv valve.

    I have 2 questions:
1-. Does the number 1 goes to 1 on the picture, doesn't it?
2-. Where the number 2 is plugged in? (A picture can help)

    Thanks...

The large PCV port is connected to the PCV valve on the valve cover. The opposite valve cover needs an open breather cap to let fressh air into the crankcase, or a closed cap connected to the air cleaner. The smaller nipple on the carb can be capped if you have no other need for it.

#2 is a great place to hook up a vacuum gauge. Or just cap it if you don't need it.

I used the port on the back (opposite of #1) for my pcv connection. The front of the carb is too crowded IMO.

    Thanks. Ok. I got it.

Hey baddad457 thanks for replies. You are the master.

    Thanks guys Fordmaster169, cyclonewill

    Only 1 more:

The pcv valve allows the flow in only one direction, right? . My valve allows flow to both directions. Can this generate a problem?

With the vacuum pull, the PCV valve only flows one way.
