I havent updated this page in a little while, but we're just about finished up with all the floors.

Cut out all the rust and rust protected the surface with a rust to prime-converter. Seam sealed the weld spots with fiber-glass. Now im just looking into like a rubber rock-gard or truck bed liner for the floors before I lay down some deadener and carpet. (Something that offers rust protection or a neutralizer?)

For the outside its just been A LOT of sanding and trying to fix/bondo all of my shallow dents on the roof and rear fenders and hood.

We melted the bolts off the rear bumper which was so covered in rust it would not budge. The chrome bumper itself is in great condition just the metal that attached to the car was shot.

Ive got pictures on my ipod I'll get them uploaded as soon as possible. I hope I got pictures of the floors when I just had them all tacked. However I have a sneaking suspicion I didnt.

My brother who lives up in Vernon here in BC found a guy who has a mix of Mavericks and Comets on some property. I sent him a list of all the body and cosmetic stuff I needed(early bumpers glove box etc etc). Going to pick it all up this Sunday.

Cool man, cause of this I did keep it all. I am just buffing it all out cleaning off the overspray from the previous owner and making it look pretty. Turning out nice so far.

if he has a spare front bumper/stone guard/valence maybe check on a price for me i might be interested as ive just shaved down my bumper as much as i could..it actually sits under the grill. and its a good thing your taking out them dents on the roof i got a ton of them i didn't find untill paint was on...btw if you have an good account at lordco you can get a gallon of rock guard for like 46 bucks, i layed down white/cream color under my flooring just so i could see everything better then if it was black. everything looks great so keep up the good work.

The front early bumper with guard I got was 150. He had another guard that I could pick from. I'll ask him about the price when I go back up there this weekend. (y)

I bought an extra steering wheel the other day. However I found all the other pieces of my original steering wheel. However the two have slightly different emblems and one has a leather wrap and the one is plastic/ceramic.

They used a blackout paint on the back taillights as well. I used acetone a shop rag and q-tips to get all the paint in the tiny crevices.

I used the same for the lights on the grill.

I haven't started on the sport mirrors yet, but here is a before picture.

Also my T-shifter. This was all I could find in my giant box of crap that came with the car, so I have no idea if I am missing other pieces of it or not.

These are all the little pieces I took home with me after finishing up at the shop today. Been itching to work on something more lately.

Also here is my hood after cutting out the hole.

Primed it for winter, my garage is leaky. Don't want any of that flash rust.
