I normally don't throw away anything for a Maverick (those of you who have been to my house can attest), but today I threw some out. How many used rear side marker assmblies does a guy need? I very seldom sell any....and I had all these rusty nasty ones saved. I pitched all the broken plastic ones, and I will recycle all the rusty metal brackets. I only saved the really decent metal brackets.

Just talking about it makes me want to go out and put them all back in the box just in case!!! :D

I've been doing the same thing. Recently hauled two to the scrap yard and loaded them down with stuff I've been hanging onto for years. Just taking up dead space if you're never going to use it and you know you'll never sell it. Got more to go as soon as it warms up a bit.

I had a ton of parts set aside for my GTO that I never looked at until I decided to sell it. It was amazing what I gathered over 20 years of ownership. I sold all the extra stuff for more that the car! I have already started down the same road with the Mav.......:16suspect

I can only imagine how much you guys have. In just a year and a half I have a hood that I sold, small front and back bumpers, bumper brackets. Door skins, sport mirrors, rear valance...and on and on. Of course none of the are that great, or I would not have purchased replacements, yet I still have them.

Raymond had a huge box full of side marker lights at the super swap, he was thinking the same thing....

Now front side marker lights are a different story. I have very few of those. They seem to disappear during a flat tire.....or rust away in time.

Only Maverick parts I threw out goes like this, One good grabber spoiler and extensions, good grill, quarter windows, small bumpers and brackets, rear window and gave away the deluxe gas cap. Beat that height of stupidity.

This was around early to mid 90's. HAd parted out my Mav and wasnt happy about it. Cleaned out the shed and chucked it all. The parts were no good around here locally. Couldnt sell any of them. No ebay or craigslist back then. Sure would like it all back now though.LOL.

Whats a good set of markers cost? I could use a decent set.
