    Hey there,
    Just bought my first maverick about two months ago and loving it.
    If there are any Maverick owners near Charleston/ Giose creek area in South Carolina let me know. I have minor problems with the car such as a leak in the rear main and I want to do some mods to the engine. I'm not completely mechanically inclined but I'm a fast learner. A little about me:
    I just got out of the Marines last month and am living in goose creek and really want to learn more about cars. Especially the beautiful maverick I'm driving.

    Welcome to the site Nick,

    I'm not a Maverick owner, but I do own 2 Comet GTs. I'm not too far from you actually, I live right up the road on HWY 176.

    There is a faded green '70-72 and a faded blue 73 Maverick in the area, but the owners either don't have internet or don't know enough about computers to join the site.(Their words, not mine.)

    I almost went to the show at the Tanger Factory Outlets and now I wish I had gone!

    Very nice. I think I remember that car for sale. Surprising how much attention they get over the muscle cars isnt it??
