Anyone here hava an "Aztec" gold Comet?

    That was the color of my first Comet. I'll never forget buying touchup paint for it, and reading the name on the paint being Aztec Gold.

    Anyone here have one?

    What year Comet are we talking about? I know Mercury had fancier names than Ford for the exact same color.

    A friend of mine in high school had a 68 or 69 Cougar that I'm pretty sure was Aztec Gold.

    Underneath the blue spray paint on mine it seemed kinda gold brownish. Unfortunately I dont have any pictures as I sanded it right down.
