Radiator issue.

    So I picked up a new radiator off ebay. Seller says it a,
    1971-77 NEW- Maverick Grabber, Comet GT Radiator, Auto. Trans or Manual Trans.

    I went to check the fit on my 74, 250 6cyc. It bolted right up, the top pipe where the hose slides on is in about 2" closer to the center then the old one and the fan blade will will hit it. What cane I do here? Electric Fan?

    Do you have a link or pic of the radiator you purchased, doesnt sound like it was made to fit a Mav or Comet. Sure an electric fan would eliminate the problem.

    Not much room for an electric fan with a 250, you only have 3-1/2" to work with.

    That radiator is for a 200 I6, I know cuz they did the same thing to me and I sent it back.

    :huh:Thinkin maybe I can off set it 2 inches to the passenger side and make it work.
