Thanks, I do too. You really can't see it from the side, but the front ones are standard 15x4s , while the rears are custom made 15x12s.
Hello and welcome, I recognize you from sbftech site you told me you had more fun with your car before you built it, I guess you want to have more fun again Racing is cool but driving more than 1/4 mile at a time is more enjoyable so if you can make it so you can do both you will have the best of both worlds
Hi. You have a good memory. We're done with racing so now we're going the pro-street route with a more manageable combo. Since I'm still feeling my way around here I don't want to ruffle any feathers so I'm reluctant to refer to the other forums that I contribute heavily on.
Welcome Welcome Quickshift, from Northeastern Illinois "Chicagoland" to be precise. That's one Badda$$ Comet. My Comet is a "Kruizer" and Im enjoying it a lot more than when I was racing, way back in the day w/ our 61 Galaxie BB, 4.57 , toploader gearing. I suppose cuz Im a lot older/retierd and don't want the repair and expense anymore. As someone sed, w/ some mods u can enjoy both worlds. Anyway, welcome to the forum and hopefully u can make the meet in Dearborn...
Some how i missed this thread also.Welcome from Welland,On.Use to be around Jarvis/Simcoe when i worked for Doughty and Williamson. Very cool Comet,I love the look.
