I remember seeing those too, might have been on eBay. IIRC, they were going to make them to order. I didn't save the info, didn't even think about it.

Probably was an ebay auction LOOKING for somebody to buy them IF they were made. I recall seeing an auction like that.

Ummm now correct me if im wrong....better yet let me run out to my car(metaphorically speaking) and look... nope it doesnt look like im wrong..... But my LDO door panels dont have any wood grain on them at all... and even though mine are for the 72 model year my LDO panels are the same as the rest of the LDO panels pattern wise, its just that some are blue and some are tan...
But all the LDO panels look like this pattern(this car is even a 72 like mine is)

    1972_ford_maverick_ldo2.jpg

And here they are in blue, I believe this car is a 74

Sooo what I am trying to say is you might be shooting yourself in the foot trying to look for woodgrain LDO door panels.... Try looking for woodgrain Delux panels instead...

There was a car at the Round Up last summer, and the owner had sent his door panels to SMS (I think) and I seem to remember him saying it was $375.00 or something to redo his door panels....

Do you remember who that was at the Roundup? I may have a picture of the panels.
