Are they 15" wheels? I recall seeing them in Dearborn but can't recall? Also, they are all black cept the rim u paint the blue strip? I like em - thinkin abt removing the rings and doing mine.
Everett...They are 14X7...The wheel is charcoal grey with black in the areas between the spokes...Yes I painted the grabber blue pinstripes on em.
You must have some experience striping. Cause I know you didn't get them nice stripes first time around. I tried striping years ago. Lets just say I would rather pay someone if I wanted stripes.
Wheels, Steering Wheel, Package Tray Here are the wheels. They have have Mustang center caps on the Magnum 500s but I will be painting the caps green to match the car. Here's the wheel and package tray as purchased in Sep 2007 Here's the inside under contruction Getting there. What I don't have is a picture of the finished product. I went through all of my pictures and that's one I never took. I'll take one tonight when I take her over to my indoor car show and shoot a pic.
Alright gents......tell me about this gauge set up Im seeing on that lower package tray. There was no radio in my car when I bought it, and I stare at the package tray wondering what I'll do with the empty, open space all the way across it (since I know seeing through to the underside of the dash panel will bother me)
Don't know if it was his first time around, but it looked like a pro job to me. Simply put, I wud pay him to do mine.
My gauges are 2 5/8" Autometer mechanical under the dash and 3 5/8 tach on the steering column. I hve the large gauges cuz my eyesight ain't the best. I removed the radio frm the dash and put it in a diy enclosure on the hump. I covered the empty space w/ a piece of 1/4 plywd cut to fit the opening, hinged "swings down", painted satin blk and covered w/ plaques frm events I have attended. I plan to move an auxilary fuse panel behind that panel.
