I have a 71 Maverick with a 2 spoke wheel and the round horn button.
I am looking for a diagram or picture of how the button attaches to the wheel and with what parts. Is a spring required?
I have attached pictures of my wheel and horn button so that you know which style it is.
Any help would be great including where to get need parts.

There should be (3) metal screwhead looking things sticking up on the wheel. They go inside the metal inserts on the horn button...then twist it on to lock in place.

    Thanks for the reply.

I have no screws but it is clear where thet should go. do the screws go flush or do they stick up some amount to go into the requtangular slots? What gives the button spring action when you push it? . I have been to the junk yard looked at 6 mavericks all had the horn button stripped and gone, and none had screws, just the holes like mine so I assumed there must be some sort of assembly like the Mustangs have. Any additional direction is welcome

Email me DIRECTLY (see below) to remind me and I will post pictures of what it is supposed to look like (if nobody beats me to it first).
