My green car has been together for about 5 years now, I gotta change something up...I'm just not sure what...Maybe some different wheels?...new front suspension? Take the Grabber hood off?
I have some 7" wide steel wheels, and I was thinking of getting some wider tires for the back (and install the Caltrac's), but I have 225-70-R14's, and BFG doesn't make a wider 70 series tire...and the 60 series is over an inch smaller in diameter.

I could, but I've had it about 20+ years now...I do have a fiberglass Grabber hood skin, that I would give away.

Id change the wheels and tires. IF you can match the paint well, go back to a stock hood and stencil. Just bolt ons you can always change back.

On a serious note, how about carbon fiber parts and bigger wheels?

The car looks great as is!

    I like the wheels, too!

    Maybe some redline tires!???

I have never seen them on a Maverick (and I can't afford them!)

    Might look pretty good.

A new, different paint job maybe? Not that it doesn't look great as it is, but seems like you just want to change something... and a different paint scheme wld change the whole look of the car of course. Tint the windows? Seems to me that if you want to do something but don't know what you shld do, maybe you shld leave it alone and get another project car (if you don't have one already). I guess new wheels might do it to. Then if you decide you don't like 'em you can always put the old ones back on and use the new ones on another car or sell them... I think the car looks great but I understand the need to just change something.

All you gotta do is sell me that thing! already... :Handshake

    I am....I'm just thinking....
I am bored...we're thinking of going to the kick off of the Power Tour, so I'd like to freshin it up a bit.....I bought some Torque Thrust II's for the other car, so it'll be kinda tough to find some wheels, I already tried my Cragar SS's this afternoon.....and I didn't like them...maybe some Magnums?

    That sounds more like it!!!

I would like to see that. All cars look better with Cragars.

I would raise the car back up, and change the wheels.

Yea but that was brown. Nothing brown looks good lol. I agree with Craig. Raise it a little and new wheels. The black walls also look kinda cheap, like Wal Mart tires..
