Is anyone using Calvert Racings, split mono-leaf spring on their street car long term?
I'm wondering how they would hold up, with driving my girls around in the backseat, and for longer road trips, and everyday cruising around?
The price I'm going to have to pay for stock replacements + shipping, compared to what I can buy the split mono-leafs from the speed shop, is pretty close.

I have 2 friends that have been running them for about 2 years. One is a 69 Mach 1 the other a 68 Camaro. They havent settled at all which the owners were counting on now both cars have lowering blocks in them. They actually ride quite well.

I have emailed Calvert about the quite some time ago. They didn't recommend them for the street at all. Unless of course it was short rides. But for long term street cars, they say no.

If going for pure ride comfort, i'd call flex-a-form and talk to them about some fiberglass mono-leaf springs.
