Yep I am, just got off the phone with Hagerty and they are scheduling an adjuster to come out next week and look it over.

We can keep the wrecker off the roads for all I care. Two classics ruined.

Good thing you've been finding all those Mavericks lately, looks like you could use a few parts from them! I can't add to what's already been said, just make sure you're OK medically, and let your insurance go after MS Drunk Texter! Insurance Co's have deeeeep pockets and HIGH DOLLAR Lawyers, get what you can from them and let them recoup from her.

After seeing pics of the car, I'm hoping it is fixable. Might need the rocker pulled back out a bit, and that might be doable in the hands of someone with skills.

    Rockers are repopped, too.

Saw an NOS hinge post on eBay just last week ... :thumbs2:

    Holy $hit!!
    I'm glad you are OK!!
I've also been hit by an uninsured driver, cost me money in the end, I got nothing back, we couldn't burden her, since she was on welfare....

Sorry to hear about your bad day. The positive side is that it could have been a lot worse. Good luck with the process.

Ok I have had some time to look things over on the Grabber, thought I would let ya'll know what I found, heres my damage assesment....All four rims are bent (two from her hitting them and two from curb jumping), Tires also damaged (one has a hole the size of a silver dollar, the others the sidewalls are gouged), there is something going on with the rearend as both rims are jammed into the leaf springs and it's cantered to one side, the power steering drop bracket is pulled from the frame mounts, tierods are bent, control arm is bent, antisway bar is bent and power steering valve is leaking, the front bumper is bent along with the front valence and bumper filler/stone guard, front headlight trim is bent and turn signal mount is also bent, the under dash package tray is bowed and cracked in a couple of places and the vent control knob is broken from it's mounting point, the rear kick panel is cracked and loose from it's mounting screws, the weatherstrip around the door is torn loose, of course the obvious stuff, fender, quarter panel, and the rocker panel is bent inwards and upwards (the reason for my head bump, the seat was lifted) and door pillars are bent inwards, if you look just over the front tire you can see there is some new metal exposed where the apron has pulled from the frame a bit, there is probabally more that I am not seeing but I am not used to evaluating automotive damage and don't want to ever be.

Sounds like a lot of damage. I can't remember the history of this car for you but it might be easier to take your redone interior and transfer it to another car.

Man that blows. Makes me nervous about getting mine on the road and drivable. At least in the driveway I know nothing will happen to it.

I am glad your still alive. Although it does suck BIG TIME, what happened.
At least your alive and healing up. You can and will rebuild, or focus on
one of your other mav's. Looks like you can salvage alot of parts, so thats a plus. Even if you have to straighten a few

Get the meanest lawyer you can find (they're out there) and make her life hell! I hate these people that think that they can drive without insurance or consequences.
