I'm no mechanic, I have a chilton's guid for my maverick but its not verry clear.

This is probably a realy dumb question but I have a power steering problom and I don't know which line is the pressure and which is the return hose.

Can any one explain to me the diffrence so I can fix my power steering?

The return line is the one thats held onto the pump with you`r every day hose clamp. The high pressure line is held on with a 5/8s nutt.

Whats wrong with the system ???

They say there are no dumb questions, only dumb answers, and since there hasn't been a dumb answer to a good question, here it is : Steve Allen.

    Thanks for the Tip

I just had a bad leek in my power steering system and I needed to know which hose to buy. Turns out it was the pressure hose and I got it fixed right a way.

    Thanks again.
