Looking for pictures of Maverick in NC with the Grabber Blue painted dash. Has anyone seen it, he's a member of this site.

I painted mine blue but the paint was custom mixed by the auto paint store that used to be CarQuest (don't recall the new three letter name right now) to match the original dash color. It has a little metalic in it but I don't think its Grabber Blue. Its a darker blue. If you like the color I can get you the formula and one of those stores can mix it for you.

I used a vinyl paint on both the dash pad and steel dash. It came out nice, I think.

No, that's a chain of salvage yards here. One of the letters is "C" for coatings I think. The name of the paint store should be on the can label. I'll get it for him if he wants the paint.

The car was a 72 Sprint with a blower or dual quad carnal sticking out the engine compartment. The dash was painted the same as the grabber blue on the exterior of the car.. it was somewhere in NC .
