Jeff came down from Atl. yesterday morning in his Mav.
we put the hood back on my Mav. and took off East on I-16 to meet up with Collin, Tim and Todd...(100 miles ). met at Bevricks for lunch...:thumbs2:
    thanks for lunch Collin...:Handshake
on the ride down the fan set on 193 degrees/185 T-stat never came on untill I got off the interstate... coming home we got in a traffic jam for about 5-6 miles and the motor temp was between 195-197...
We hung out about two hours, shooting the breeze and swapped some Maverick parts. (Jeff got pics).
When we left there, we came back West 90 miles, then turned South through the country to Terry1s house in Byron Ga.
his freshly painted, roller converted 5-speed Comet is coming along great. it's orange on orange...:thumbs2: it's kind of hard to pick on a guys Comet when it's as sweet as his...(but I did).
after a couple of hours, Jeff hit I-75 North to Atl. and I cut back through the country home...
I had changed the pill to a (3) in my MSD box and the results were great. I am going to go up one more (4) and see if it does any better...:chirp:
    ...260 miles round trip...

    and you know it....

If you all have too many more LARGE times you'll have a hard time fitting in your mavericks and comets. :D

July will be at the Gathering in Somerset first. You should try coming there. Maybe you and Yellow75 can run together.:)

Where is Somerset? Haha. And I have no vacation time and dont trust the way my car runs right now. Need to figure it out. Wish i was a master mechanic and knew how to fix everything! I dont like trying to work on it without my dad...And my dad's the "do it yourself" kind of guy and he just does stuff rather than teaching me most of the time.
