rocker arms

    :slap: I am putting together my 351w its a 74 with the pedastool rocker arms, i have been told i just torque the nuts down to 20lbs, does that sound right, i have only worked on chevy motors and am used to tighting them while the motor is runnig, how do i adjust them?

    If hydraulic, It should be the same as a 302. I go zero lash + 1/2 turn

    Valve Lash? im kinda dumb when it comes to all this, can you tell me step by step how to adjust them, they are hydraulic lifters

    I know 20lbs is correct for late model pedestals that use a bolt instead of a nut on a stud ...

    Press in studs are a shouldered stud, and you adjust by simply torqueing the nuts to twenty foot lbs. If the heads have been modified with adjustable screw in studs, then you can adjust them like a Chevy,
