i would like to know how many people here own a comet and not a maverick

    I have a 71 4 door with 56000 orginal but the lady that owned it liked to run it in to things so she need some body work.I also know where there is a 2DR pretty clean body but has some title problems.The guy said he would sell it and a mav 2dr both for 500 it is a salvage yard north of Lawrence Ks.E-mail me if you would like more info.Jmon2271@yahoo.com.I'm also looking for the floor console to convert to a floor shifter.I have a pass side fender for a 74 mav if anyone needs one.I love the car it has the 302/air/ps.Don't really like the color but that will change in time.I would like to chat with any other 4dr owners.

    I have a 72 4 door LDO 302 with all options for that year, under restoration...it is gonna be a great driver. The more I've done to it the more it's grown on me.

    I own an all original 72 comet gt that needs restored because someone didn't appricate it like I do. I also have a 74 comet. Its in better shape than the 72 gt but I'm using it for parts. I hate to do it because I like comets but oh well I need the 72 done. I have $860 in both cars right now.
