My neighbor went, I didn't have time and he saw this car go by and tried to get a good pic. Said he never saw it again, he thinks it had Cali plates on it. Just wondering if anyone had ever seen it before?

Yeah me to. I see the fenderwells have been opened and the exhaust comes out in front of the rear wheels and... it looks like maybe 18s in the rear and 17s in the front? I was hoping some one would say "oh yeah, that car is..."

After Dave blew up the pic I can the fenderwells have not been opened up, and I think the scoop is just the grabber hood scoops as seen from this angle. I kind of like the Boss or what ever kind of must stripe that is.

What amazes me the most is how more of these cars are getting built when so many rotted away. Glad these is a site for these cars. But still not alot of people know of this website. Someone should make a facebook page to let others know that there others who appreciate these cars so more can be saved and appreciated for many more generations to come.

I am in love with this car. Google does help a little. Found a couple pictures of it here: http://www.hotrodhotline.com/node/6246/2/82

The sign says it is owned by Tom Mattingly, and built by Tom Mattingly Race Cars.

    Here they are.

If they can't find this place, I doubt they'd be using Facebook.....
Some car guys don't use the internet at all, which amazes me....
