Hey all, I just got my registration form in the mail for the big show in January. It is 1.12 and 1.13.13 and a great time. Good place to meet up with a lot of other Mav and Comet owners. We typically have a nice spot, just inside the gate to gather together. If the weather is good, and it usually is, this is about 1500 Fords. Even when it was freezing and we had some snow one year, it still attracted at least 800. If you are one of the first 1000 to register, you get free run of the park on Saturday and Sunday, as long as you bring your car to show. Those of you that have participated in this before should be looking in your mailbox any day now. In conjunction with the show, there will be a band, chicken dinner, a showing of the movie Bullitt with Steve McQueen. It will be held at the Ocala Drive-Inn right after the show on Sat, Jan. 12th. Well the weekend is just around the corner, looks like it's going to be beautiful weather highs in the 80's very low chance of rain.... hope to see some of you there.... Don't forget the cruse to the drive-in for dinner and a movie there should be a couple hundred classic cars going... (Bullit on the big screen)
