I'm sorry I forgot my intro. My name is Allan from Portland Oregon. As of now my only car is a 2002 PT Cruiser. But looking to add a 72 Maverick if it all works out. A friend from the Air Force is offering me the 72. I've always love the Mavericks just never worked out for me get one. Now with this option to have this one without much of any payment for. Not sure of what shape it is in. It's got a six and auto. Also been sitting for around 10 years. I've asked for pictures and to be sure it still turns over. So I guess what I'm looking for is should this be something to go for?

From Nothern California. I used to live in Portland until I got tired of the rain. As long as the Maverick is not rusted out it should be ok.
And to follow up to what I posted in your other thread: Do you have the mechanical ability to do the work to this car?
