I doubt it! Probably came with a cast iron manifold and a two barrel.

Engine code will determine what engine you have as in 2 or 4 barrel carb, for the 289's in the Mustangs from 1966 it is as follows.....
    Engine Code C: 289 cubic inch V-8 engine @ 200hp w/9.3:1 compression and two-barrel carburetor
    Engine Code A: 289 cubic inch V-8 engine @ 225hp w/10.0:1 compression and a four-barrel carburetor
    Engine Code K: 289 cubic inch V-8 engine @ 271hp w/10.5:1 compression and a four-barrel carburetor

    Then there's the 1966 Shelby GT350...Holley 4160-C 4V
    Manual choke only
Shelby GT 350....it had a Holley carb and a cobra aluminium intake, it would be a K-code engine.
