im trying to take off my gas tank. im suck with the feed neck, how do you take that off??? i see there is a thick rubber ring around where the tank and the neck connect. do you just have to hit it out? i tried a little but i wont budge and i want to make sure it is not threadded in or something before i go beast mode and break something haha

You need to loosen the straps to allow the tank to drop a bit then wiggle the tank and pull the filler tube from tank. The rubber grommet is not threaded and will stay attached to the tank once you pull the neck out
