are the addco sway bars good for four doors too? i thought i remeber the wheelbase being a little different on four doors. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/aco-264/overview/year/1971/make/mercury/model/comet
Nope. You may as well just junk the 4-door and get a 2-door. Seriously though, they work just as well on 4-doors.
You can get front and rear for $255: http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-1969-19...pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr
I just put a rear addco bar on my four door and drove to Vegas and back.. (already have a front bar.) It works well, once you overcome the ****ty brackets that connect the bar to the frame. Back your car up ramps to install it. The Addco brackets are a HORRIBLE fit the angles are just plain wrong. You have to installl everything loose then rob Peter to pay Paul... if you get me. All torqued weird. The rear bar is good when you have a trunk full of luggage and rear passengers... otherwise its not really noticeable over just having a front bar..
