water pump/radiator crossroads

    I would go to napa an purchase flex hoses to fit the water pump an radiator with the length that you need. That's what I did on my 1974 comet with a aluminum radiator sella.

    I dont want to use flex hose if i can help it, and yes, the rest is that pretty. ive been working on this swap for almost 2 years

    Once u install the radiator and alt. most of the hoses won't be visible, plus, u won't have to be concerned abt the hose collasping. Is that a 2 row radiator?

    its a bit of tubing to make headers from headman. it has a really thick wall size

    I fabricated a lower hose for my 89 V8 Ranger using ordinary exhaust tubing. Had the V8 in there for ten years with the same tubing sections. Never once had a failure.

    so i just fired up my 302 for the first time today and that lower pipe leaked like a mother once the engine got warm. back to the drawing board
