Any suggestions on the easiest way to get those arm rests clips installed?

Tape them in from the back, but you need to remove the door panel to do that.

Mine kept popping out after I installed them and the arm rest, I tried heating them up a bit and stretching them out, but one broke.

I just pushed the clips into the panel until they popped in and then screwed in the armrest, but I'm guessing I may have been doing it wrong.

    need some new clips now...

After struggling with one of the new aftermarket clips, (which are different than the factory originals), I decided to just have the top of the clips tack-welded into place. I could not bend then enough to get them to go in. Was afraid they would break. The tack welding worked great and the armrests line up perfect.
