    I have a 1975 maverick (base model ) 4.1 inline motor;

    My question is does anybody have a pic of this same motor so my hubby can see it ? He's wanting to know about a mounting bracket on front right above power steering unit. What is missing ??

    Thanxs !

    Sounds like the smog pump is missing.

    Yep, the Thermacter (smog) pump bolts on just above the power steering pump. My 250 didn't have the pump but the big hose was plugged and still on the motor. I took it off and plugged where it connected to the manifold. Car runs fine without it.
