    Anybody know the correct paint code for the Grabber Hood Stripe and Tail Panel blackout for a 1971 Grabber ??

    I don't know the paint code, but mine are both (hood and taillights) a textured finish, with what looks like a flatter black underneath. My car is original paint, BTW. It would look like a 2-step process. I'm really not sure though.

    blackout paint


    I'm thinking that it's the same satin black paint finish used on the 69 Mach 1 Hood and also on the decklid and tailpanel of a 70 Boss 302. Anyone had this mixed or know the original spec?
