You will need the 302 frame mounts, motor mounts, and the V8 transmission crossmember. The 6 cylinder ones are single hump, the V8s are double hump for the exhaust. Not a very hard job to do... been done around here a few times (friend did it once by fabricating his own parts instead of buying the NOS parts)
347 would be good for that car :)
But if you don't like it........ send it my way :D

Shawn, You also need to plan on a new radiator. The inlet and outlet on the 6 cyl radiator is too small. You can have it modified to work but I highly recommend just buying a new v8 one, especially with that stroker. Good luck with the car, and as always...WE NEED PICS!!! :D

Yes, I failed to mention the radiator..... mine has a 6 cylinder radiator in it for the time being... and it looks like they just "hit" the metal in the way with a BFH and called it done.....
    Thanks TMC for the compliment

Might want to at least go with a 5lug 8",they have bigger brakes & axle bearings.8"'s are fairly strong with an auto, but you might cosider the 9" if you can afford it.

Depending on where you are.... I may have a 8'' rearend for you
I have 5 lug 8'' w/ 4.62 gears... I will proboally run it for a while until I narrow up a 9'' and convert the whole car to disk brakes, but I may let it go.
    Where are you located?
