I have located a four door maverick in iowa that is a survivor ! gonna try to buy it. but here is the thing it says it is a 76 but has turn signals with the cross hairs , is there a chance that a 75 grill could end up on a 76?
    I mean from the factory?

Is it an LDO? With Chrome Grille? White by chance?

I think this car (and the grille question) has come up before.

The price seemed to be the big sticking point in the previous discussions about the car. I posted a link to that discussion thread in my previous post. It's a well-optioned, super clean car though!

    Good Luck!

The price seems high for a 4dr to me. I just bought a survivor LDO 75 Comet 4dr to part out but it would make a very nice car with little work. Gave $1500 for it.

I am looking to trade him straight across for my 06 focus S , it is a 5 speed with air basic focus but really good condition, do you think that is to much to give for that Maverick. he has all the shop manuals and sales literature on it and is asking $6250 for it. Says it is all original miles. and it really looks it. Ill check the other posts

he wouldnt necessarily make any money but rather get the parts he needed cheap or possibly free like I did. I didnt pay nearly that much for the car I parted out but I got the complete front clip motor and trans and a few other things free by the time I sold a few parts

looks like a nice car but I wouldnt trade an 06 anything for it. unless it had a bazillion miles on it then you would be trading up lol
its up to you but IMHO its worth about half that much $3000-$3500 there just isnt that much of a value on these cars yet. if it was a 2 door v8 car I could easily see it since its SOOO nice and original (forgive me I didnt read the old post about the car so Im assuming its an I6 car)

The mint dash pad should work out just fine on my Maverick as will the windshield. Everything else is Mustang bound. The scraps I will sell off.

As nice as that car is, and if YOU really want it, I would say it is worth $6250. Focus's can be found all day long. How often do you run across a really, really nice Maverick?

In the end, it is your decision.
